These workshops are designed for programmers new to web development, designers, and anyone without a formal computer science background. The sessions progress from the basic building blocks of programming to the development of a simple content management system.
1. Programming Fundamentals

This workshop will introduce the fundamentals of computer programming - including how to break down a problem and write the solution using flowcharts and pseudocode. The level is appropriate for those without a computer science background, or for anyone who has worked with some code, but would like a formal understanding of the programming process.

The emphasis will be on the logic and design of web applications. In this first workshop, we will not use computers, or write any code.
