
David Kelleher is a teacher and interactive media producer. His recent freelance projects include an e-learning application for Intel, 3D animation for a National Geographic television program, and marketing CD-ROMs and DVDs for diamond and jewelry manufacturer Eugene Biro.
Over the past fifteen years he has shared his technology skills as a teacher, tutor, and coporate trainer. David assisted with the Emerson College Web Production and Management Certificate program, helping students create web sites for local nonprofit organizations. He currently serves as an instructor for media production courses at Emerson College and the New England Institute of Art, and is the coordinator for the Digital Media Summer Academy at Emerson.
He volunteers in the technology community, as a member of the Boston-IA and ErgoBoston web accessibility organziations, to address emerging social issues such as the digital technology divide, and web usability for the disabled and aging population. He has applied his skills to help nonprofits around New England and Chicago extend their online presence, and teaches pre K-12 computer classes at inner-city schools in Boston.
David has a Masters of Visual and Media Arts from Emerson College, where he researched the use of interactive multimedia for middle school science education, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer.
